Greg Verrier
Greg Verrier serves as Co-founder and Ranch Director of 51:10 Ranch. Prior to serving with 51:10 Ranch Gregory held a role of Sr. Director of Operations for Operation Mobilization. Other roles included Financial Advisor with J. P. Morgan, Investment Manager with Morgan Stanley, V.P. of Finance with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Senior Consultant with Jefferson Wells and Kelly Services, Inc. Gregory plays a key role in the Board’s awareness of the Ranch's history, day to day operations and the continued development of strategy. Gregory has his degree in Biblical Counseling from Luther Rice seminary and a graduate degree in International Finance.
Elsa Verrier
Elsa Verrier currently serves as Co-founder and Ranch Director of 51:10 Ranch. Prior to 51:10 Ranch Elsa spent 20 years in Corporate Human Resources, working with The Home Depot, Circuit City and Kelly Services, Inc. Elsa has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. She has volunteered serving at risk children with various organizations over the years, including a residential treatment center (Boerne, TX) serving young girls in the court system and also with an organization that rehabilitated young girls sexually trafficked (Atlanta, GA). Gregory and his wife Elsa reside in Nathrop, CO with their three children, Nolan, Addison and Bella.
Richard Smythe
Richard Smythe is a graduate of the U.S. Marine Corp drill instructor academy. He dedicated 17 years to the Buena Vista Correctional Facility where he served as drill instructor, led the BV heavy equipment program and as a Lieutenant in case management. While at Dept. of Corrections he earned a Medal of Merit on the Special Operations Response Team. Other work experience includes Commander of the Emergency Response Team for the state of Colorado and Commercial Project Manager at Bearss Landscaping. He currently serves as the Facilities Manager at 51:10 Ranch. Richie lives in Nathrop, CO with his wife DeAnna and three children, Madison, Gracie and Wyatt.
